THE AUTHOR
About Stanford Dyson
Stanford Dyson has played sport since he was six: swimming, soccer, basketball, and track and field. A lifetime of training and studying how the body moves taught him two things. Simple usually works best, and nobody ever knows it all, so there is always something new to learn.
For years he has coached young athletes and, more recently, adults who want to get back in shape. Many of them share the same story: an old sports injury, long days at a desk, or no chance to play sport when they were young, and now a body that feels older than it should. He knows the desk part first hand.
He wrote Fitness Over 50 for them: a clear, step-by-step plan that starts from where you are today.
